Recently, pupils in the Year 5 and 6 took in the National Bebras Challenge, where they tackled a series of engaging computational thinking tasks. We would like to offer our congratulations to a couple, of our children for a remarkable achievement.
Kerem (Year 6), excelled in the Junior category finishing in the top 80 Nationwide out of more than 100,000 entrants – a fantastic accomplishment.
An extra special congratulation goes to Lewis and Harman (both Year 5), who competed in the Castors (age 8-10) category and achieved 1st place in the entire country out of over 35,000 participants.
This is an amazing achievement for the boys and tremendous moment of pride for our school. Well done to all three!
GBSC UK is proud to recognise the outstanding achievement of Harmanpreet Singh Landa, who has excelled in the National Bebras Challenge, a nationally recognised competition designed to develop and test pupils’ computational thinking and problem-solving skills.
Harmanpreet Singh Landa demonstrated exceptional ability, dedication, and academic excellence in this highly competitive challenge, earning national recognition. His success reflects his hard work and commitment to learning, as well as the strong values instilled within him by his family.
Harmanpreet Singh Landa is the son of S. Jaspreet Singh Landa and Manpreet Kaur Landa, the grandson of S. Parmjit Singh Landa and Kuldip Kaur Landa, and the great-grandson of S. Darshan Singh Landa and Mata Harbans Kaur Landa. This achievement brings immense pride not only to his family, but also to the wider community.
This is a proud and celebratory moment for our Bhat community, as we come together to recognise and honour the accomplishments of our younger generation. Achievements such as this inspire and encourage future generations to strive for excellence.
